The offer

What is a campaign engagement?

A campaign engagement is a defined flight of content with a defined job. Concept, deliverables, distribution plan, and KPI targets in writing before anything is signed. Engagements run $15K to $75K depending on scope: single campaign, quarterly season partnership, or a full opening launch.

It is not a comped stay, and it is not a media buy. Nobody arrives with a ring light hoping something goes viral. I closed $12M+ of these deals from the buyer’s side of the table before I ever pressed record for a property, and it changes what gets pitched, shot, and reported.

The goal is content and distribution that show up in your numbers. Bookings and booking inquiries where trackable, plus reach, saves, and shares pulled straight from the platforms. A report your GM will actually read.

From Jeff

Why most hotel content fails.

I spent years on your side of the table, approving creator budgets and reading the reports that came back. Most of them had the same problem: the content was made for the creator’s audience, not the property’s booking calendar. Pretty reel, empty funnel, and nobody could tell you why, because nobody had defined what the content was supposed to do.

So I built the campaign system I wished vendors had brought me. It closed $12M+ in brand deals and built 1.5M+ followers across 7 brands. Here is what it does:

  1. Starts from the objective

Pace, ADR, a new market, a launch. The campaign is designed backwards from the number you need to move, not forwards from a content idea.

  2. Shoots for the guest you want

Every piece is built for the traveler who books your property, approved by you before it ships.

  3. Distributes on proven pages

Content launches across pages with a combined audience of 379K+, including @cabo at 244K followers. Distribution is part of the deal, not an upsell.

  4. Reports what your GM reads

Bookings where trackable, plus reach, saves, and shares pulled straight from the platforms. Numbers against written targets.

The distribution

The audience your campaign launches to is not hypothetical.

Honest expectations

What a campaign will and won’t do.

No one can guarantee virality, and anyone who does is selling you reach you’ll never find on the P&L. What a real campaign produces: a licensed content library your team keeps using, distribution to a real audience of 379K+, and a report with platform-pulled numbers against written targets.

Whether that turns into bookings also depends on your rates, your seasonality, and your operation. If a campaign isn’t the right buy for where you are, I will say so on the call. Campaigns start at $15K; below that, the honest answer is not yet.

I shoot a limited number of properties a year, personally. That’s the point.
