Single-flight campaigns start at $15K. Launch and repositioning packages run up to $75K. Quarterly Season partnerships are scoped per property. Ranges are published because they pre-qualify: nobody’s time gets wasted on a call that was never a fit.
Home base is Cabo San Lucas, and Baja is where the owned audience is strongest. Campaigns travel: properties across Mexico and international flags are scoped case by case, with travel built into the engagement.

Yes, and it usually helps. Campaigns slot into existing media plans; your agency keeps its scope, and deliverables are licensed so they can run them as paid. Coordination is part of campaign design, not an add-on.
Scoped in writing before production: organic, paid, website, OTA, on-property. Licensing is priced into the engagement. Perpetual and exclusive licenses are available per scope.
Campaigns typically go live 4 to 8 weeks after the discovery call. Launches should be reserved 3 to 6 months ahead of opening. The calendar fills by season, and each market takes a limited number of properties per year.

No. The Vault and the Masterclass exist precisely so he doesn’t have to. Everything a 1:1 call would cover is written down, systematized, and cheaper in those two places.
