For hotels & resorts
Your property is world-class. Your content pipeline isn’t.
Most luxury properties are still buying reach from creators who can’t read a P&L. I build campaigns that show up in your numbers: $12M+ closed for brands like Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton Reserve, and Park Hyatt.
The problem
You’ve seen how this usually goes.
Pretty content, empty funnel.
The reel looks incredible. The booking pace doesn’t move. Nobody on either side can tell you why, because nobody defined what the content was supposed to do.
A media kit full of vanity metrics.
Reach, impressions, follower counts. None of them have ever appeared on a P&L. You’re asked to fund them anyway.
An agency invoice with no attribution line.
Six line items for strategy and management. Zero for bookings. Your GM reads it twice and asks the question you can’t answer.
Luxury hotels don’t book followers. They book results.
I operate like a marketing partner, not a content vendor, because I’ve closed $12M+ of these deals from the other side of the table. Before I ever pressed record for a property, I was the one approving budgets like yours. That changes what gets pitched, what gets shot, and what gets reported.
Proof
Named brands. Real numbers.
The flags below aren’t aspirations. They’re engagements.

- The Cape, a Thompson Hotel
- Park Hyatt
- $12M+
- Closed in brand deals
- 366K+
- Followers on owned pages
- 1.5M+
- Audience built across 7 brands
The process
Four steps. No mystery.
Discovery call
Twenty minutes. You talk, I listen for the real objective: pace, ADR, a new market, a launch. If we’re not a fit, I’ll say so on the call.
Campaign design
Concept, deliverables, distribution plan, and KPI targets, in writing. You know exactly what you’re buying before anything is signed.
Production & launch
My team and I shoot on property. You approve every piece before it ships. Then it launches across pages with a combined audience of 366K+.
Reporting
A report your GM will actually read: bookings, reach, and content licensing value. Numbers pulled from the platforms, not a slide template.
The offer
Three ways to engage.
Every model starts with the same 20-minute call. Full deliverable detail lives on the services page.

For a defined objective with a defined window.

How the risk works
Every engagement starts with a paid pilot deliverable.
If the first piece doesn’t clear the bar, you walk with the content and we part as friends.
Before you ask
The questions every marketing director asks.
You license everything produced under the engagement, and paid usage is scoped in the campaign design before we shoot. No surprise licensing invoices six months later. Full licensing detail is on the services page.
Not during your campaign window. Exclusivity terms by destination and category are set in the agreement, and I take on a limited number of properties per market per year.
Campaigns typically start 4 to 8 weeks from the discovery call. Launch engagements need more runway: 3 to 6 months ahead of opening. Season partnerships are planned around your booking calendar.
KPI targets are set in writing during campaign design: bookings and booking inquiries where trackable, plus reach, saves, and shares pulled straight from the platforms. The report shows the numbers against the targets. No invented attribution.
Campaigns start at $15K. If the budget is below that, the honest answer is that a full campaign isn’t the right buy yet, and I’ll tell you that on the call.
Well. Your team keeps the always-on channels; I bring the campaign, the distribution, and the outside audience. Most engagements hand raw selects to the in-house team as part of the deliverables.

There are only so many properties a year one person can shoot personally. That’s the point.
